go to your auto parts place and get an "add a circuit" fuse holder. this will allow you to replace your running light fuse with the new one that will have a wire to get power from the circuit. all you will have to do is extend your wires all the way to the fuse panel. this will also give you switched power at the lights. also the cover will not fit over the new fuse holder.i power my grip heaters this way and have not had any problems yet.
