I wonder what the oil in the crankcase looks like? I also wonder if they have ever had fuel in them, or I mean varnish!
If they haven't been ran I wonder if the seals have bonded to their shafts, etc.
I think I'd buy new.
Don't get me wrong they might be OK, but one has to ask oneself just how much life is left in the rubber parts that have been sitting for over seven years without having oil splashed on them.
If your going to ride the bike, get a fresh one!
If your going to make a museum piece out of the bike, I'd say go for it.
