Man!! I came THIS close to doing that very thing this weekend myself, I happened to notice that the bike was VERY stiff to push around... took it apart and saw that I had that little spacer wrong ..

I didn't look close, but, can you pull the bearings from the other side, then give it a rap with a tool through the wheel?
