Hi all, I would be very interested in the answer to Hank's question re the effects/advisability of running a 180/55 tire on a 6.0 inch rim. I read in an article somewhere that the 190/55 on a 6 inch rim has a profile very similar to the 180/55 on a 5.5. In that 190/55 seems only to come on "race" tires, I'm a lowly (and impoverished) street rider, and I like quicker turn in, I'm wondering about the 180/55 on a 6 inch rim - will it be quicker than than a 190/50? than a 190/55? Thanks!
